Jill was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas; graduating from Crowley High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas, and her Juris Doctor degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law).
Jill began her legal career as a family law paralegal in 2000, before setting her sights on law school. While Jill is happy to help families draft their estate planning documents, she has devoted her litigation practice exclusively to family law. In 2019, she earned her board certification in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
As a family law practitioner specializing in family law, Jill has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of any family law matter in which you might find yourself, including divorce, property division, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, child custody, child support, termination of parental rights, adoption, child welfare, protective orders, and appeals.
Jill is also a certified mediator, and her expertise in family law gives her the ability to help families amicably resolve their disputes.
Jill is very involved in the legal community, and is currently serving as the immediate past president of the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association.
